Most of the cabinets that we supply are manufactured in Germany by companies with whom we have enjoyed a very good commercial relationship for many years
Yes, we offer a full installation service to ensure the fitting of your kitchen goes as smoothly as possible. Please remember that any electrical appliances, lighting or other electrical equipment that you purchase through us will be on a "supply only" basis. You will need to instruct your usual electrician to connect or commission them.
Yes, one of our surveyors will visit your home to measure your kitchen and specify the furniture, utilities and services that you would like to have. It is a non-invasive survey, meaning we will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during the visit.
Of course, but only when we have walked around your space with you, talked to you about your kitchen and how you use it or want to improve it, and got to know your like and dislikes. The end result will be an almost virtual reality CGI (computer generated image) representation of what your new kitchen will look and feel like.
In our kitchen showroom we will be able to show you colour and finish choices, the range of materials available, and samples of fittings, accessories and all the other minutiae that combine to produce a beautiful and practical end product
All materials and equipment supplied come with their manufacturer's written guarantee, which will be given to you on completion.
This depends on the time of payment. For the initial deposit we will accept payment by credit card, and will absorb the additional cost to us that this method entails because it gives you additional consumer protection and peace of mind. We will also accept payment by cheque, cash, and bank draft or transfer - these are the only payment methods that we will accept for stage payments and final payment.
The payment schedule will be agreed with you in writing at the time of signing the order contract. All fittings and equipment will remain our property until paid for in full, when you will acquire full ownership title to them.
Not at present.
We will estimate the timescale for you project at outset, and will constantly keep delivery and installation schedule under review until final completion. Supplying a complete kitchen is a complex exercise that involves a multitude of suppliers and trades and for this reason time is not of the essence in our contract with you.
It depends on what you have in mind. All the kitchen units are made to order, so if you want to make any changes to your order, you should communicate with us as a matter of urgency.
If you believe that any items are faulty or damaged you should contact us immediately; however, this is a very unlikely occurrence, as the furniture and fittings that go to make up your new kitchen will be delivered and installed under the direct supervision of one of the company’s principals.
You can, but be aware that addition painted items such as cabinets and cupboards may not be an exact colour match, and that natural items such as wood and stone may have variations in tone, grain and composition that are inherent in their nature. For these reasons, although we will do our utmost to accommodate your wishes we cannot guarantee your total satisfaction, so you may have to be tolerant in this regard. Where you wish to add or change the specification of an appliance or fitting, such as an extractor, fridge, drawer handles, or any similar item, you should again notify us of your wishes as soon as possible. If we have already placed a firm order with the manufacturers we may not be able to cancel or amend it, so you may face additional costs.
